Each time we have purchased blinds from Linh's Window Fashions, excellent customer service has been consistent from advice to installation. Linh came to our house to measure the windows that needed new blinds and suggested that our vertical blinds on the patio doors could be replaced by vertiglide blinds. They look fantastic and match the other blinds in the room. We are extremely satisfied with all of our blinds.

I was putting off buying blinds for a few years until the past few months and I went to Linh after consulting a few places (Costco hunter Douglas and blind magic in the west end) after finally being fed up with all the sunlight in my living room this summer. The first place I went to quoted me 12-14k for shutters (hunter douglas palm beach polysatin)and the second place approx 16k for shutters as well ( hunter douglas palm beach polysatin. Both places informed me shutters were my only option from Hunter Douglas due to the specialty shapes of my windows and the slope. I had no idea about anything as it pertains to window coverings and I was in shock due to the prices lol. Good thing I sought out a third opinion and that’s when I contacted Linh.

Linh is absolutely fabulous; my first impression of her was that she’s, very stylish, assertive and fashionable and with her window treatment recommendations you can’t go wrong. She suggested I go with the Hunter Douglas architella Duette honeycomb shades with room darkening and clear view sheers with automation. The sheers are nice as they filter out UV rays and let you see out during the day time while obscuring the view from the outside.

She suggested the honeycomb shades due to the window design. Her recommendation was spot on and was exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely elated with her recommendations and the blinds were here within a month after order.

The installation took a few hours and Randy was well prepared and professional. As for the blinds they stack quite compact and when open it’s like they aren’t even there. Linh also gave me a very reasonable price but trust me you won’t regret it there’s a reason Hunter Douglas is top of the food chain. My only regret is I didn’t do this sooner.

The quality of this product is top shelf and the PowerView app is intuitive and simple. It was a pleasure to work with her and to utilize her knowledge and expertise to upgrade my space. Trust her you won’t regret it. She is reputable, professional, timely and has kept her word on everything she’s promised.

Post sale: service was excellent. I had a problem with one of my shades motors and took it in at approximately noon. It was repaired within a few hours and I was able to pick it up without issue or concern. Linh and her team were pleasant to deal with and of course very professional. A+ thanks Linh

Getting an estimate from Linh was a very good decision. Linh came to our home and provided excellent suggestions. We replaced our older HD Silhoutte Shades with Silhoutte Clearview. Wow, we did have a beautiful view but the Clearview only enhance the view even with the shades down and vanes open. We also added Power View to these blinds, which is a convenient touch.
Linh worked diligently to get warranty work from Hunter Douglas for our Duette Honeycomb Blinds.
If you value dedicated, professional service right from the first phone call, to the home visit for measurements to the efficient install, Linh's Window Fashions is the only call you need to make.
Thank you so much, Linh, Randy and Chris.

I highly recommend this company! They originally installed my blinds 14 years ago, and I recently had them come back to remove them for professional cleaning. They picked them up, cleaned them, delivered them back, and reinstalled everything—and after 14 years, my blinds look like new again!

The installer was prompt and professional, and Linh, the owner, was exceptional to deal with. She kept in contact with me throughout the process, letting me know when the installer would be arriving and checking to make sure I was happy and didn’t have any concerns.

Linh truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. It’s wonderful to deal with a company that stands behind its work even 14 years later. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them! I will definitely use Linh’s Window Fashions again!

They are very professional and they replaced one of the blinds when they realized they took down the wrong length graciously. We bought a second time, sets of blinds for the windows we missed the first time, and they were able to match everything in a timely manner.
